Our newspaper yarn is created from, you guessed it, old newspapers!  Taking "recycled" to a whole new level, the newsprint has been twisted tightly into a surprisingly strong cord, lending itself to all kinds of imaginative fiber arts.  It can be woven or knotted into art pieces, or crocheted into a basket or bowl. The sky is the limit!

No two skeins are the same. We ethically source all of our recycled fibers from fair trade companies in India who work with small groups of artisans in marginalized communities, helping to provide a living wage.

Each skein is approximately 100 grams.
