1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Once you have the items you'd like to purchase in your cart, go through the checkout process and you can select your preference from a list of carriers. Please note: You may incur additional VAT and fees based on your country's rules. Those fees will be charged to you when the package enters your country. If delivery is attempted and you refuse the shipment, you will not receive a refund for the goods.
2. What are Fringe Benefits™?
Fringe Benefits™ is our way of saying thank you. We are so appreciative of having repeat customers who choose to shop small. This is our loyalty rewards program where you earn points each time you make a purchase to then receive money back at regular increments.
Once you sign up, in order to access your Fringe Benefits account and check points status, go to the homepage and you’ll see a button that says “Get Your Fringe Benefits” or on mobile you’ll see a gift icon in the lower right corner. Tap it and it will prompt you to sign in

4. When will my order arrive?
In most cases, we take up to 1-3 business days to process an order. USPS picks up every other day, and most USPS packages are sent 2-3 day Priority Mail. If you chose the free shipping option, your order will be sent out via UPS Ground, which takes up to 5 business days once the order is shipped. UPS pick ups occur every Monday and Thursday afternoon. If you place your order on a Monday night with free shipping, for example, then your package will not depart until Thursday's UPS pick up.
5. Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on any unused, full priced items within 45 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition. Please email us to request a return and provide details for the request. Shipping fees incurred to send back to us is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc. In that case, we will send you a return label.) For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company. Once the item is received, we will submit a refund for the cost of the product.

7. What's with all the variations in size and weight of the spools?
Sigh...cotton is why. You may have noticed that there is some variation between retailers on the gauge of the string or rope that you have purchased. Some retailers give the size as it is measured when tightly wound around the spool. We take our measurements after they have been cut and given a chance to breathe. The gauge can vary greatly based on weather and humidity, storage conditions, tightness of the twist in a single strand rope, or how tightly the rope is wrapped around the spool. This is true of all natural fibers.
The approximate weight and length is detailed in the listing, but each spool can vary slightly. Please remember the lengths we provide are approximations only.
8. Why is the color I purchased a month ago, slightly different than the color of the spool I just purchased?
Every time we restock, there is potential for the color to have a very slight difference from the last lot. We work with a small, family-owned business that allows us occasionally to customize colors or purchase one-off stocks of colored yarn to create our colored string. Our dye lots from this manufacturer are small and therefore can vary between lots. Please keep this in mind when purchasing colored cord. If you're working on a large project and need a completely uniform color, we suggest ordering more than you think you'll need.
9. Do you offer gift cards?

10. Do you wholesale your products?
Yes, depending on inventory availability. Please email us to inquire. Please provide your name, shop name, and contact information, and which products you're interested in.
