COMING SOON: Join us for a Yoga & Macrame workshop!
Students will practice yoga and learn to create a beautiful macrame plant hanger. The first portion of the workshop will explore yin yoga poses to prepare the mind and body to be open to the flow of creativity. After that, students will learn to create a macrame plant hanger out of recycled cotton rope, using three foundational macrame knots. Macrame will be taught by Cindy Bokser of Niroma Studio. Yoga will be taught by Ann Moser.
Ann Moser ( @myevolutionarm) is well-known for her teachings of Yin Yoga. This slow, gentle form of yoga is the perfect compliment to a hectic, fact-paced lie or other intense workouts.
All materials will be provided, and students will take their plant hanger home with them.
