This fiber is so special!  This extra chunky waxed cotton is useful for larger scale sculptural works or tassel-based decorative art pieces.  The individual strands of waxed cotton have the stiffer texture of horse hair.  It is toothier than our Supersoft cotton and each strand is slightly thicker due to the wax.

PLEASE NOTE:  There may be color differences between batches so please make sure to order enough fiber for each project.  

Hot Tip:  We recommend leaving the rubber bands on while working with the fiber to avoid tangling.  Remove them once you're finished.  When finishing, start combing out from the ends and working your way up.  If there are twists and bends in the fiber, a steamer and hair brush will straighten the fibers.
